Melvin Bernard Beard was born on February 27, 1953 and departed this life for his eternal home Sunday, February 24, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Bertha Mae Beard and one brother, George Beard, Jr. He leaves to cherish his memories, one brother, Donald Beard and two sisters, Joyce Lee and Debra Singleton. Mr. Beard will lie in state on March 1, 2019 from 1-8pm at Small’s, Mobile.
