Obituary for Chester Burroughs Harrison
Chester "Bobile" Harrison, 63, a native of Daphne, AL departed this life on March 11, 2019 at USA Hospital surrounded by his family. He was preceded in death by his parents Jessie and Rosetta Harrison; one sister Evelyn Harrison Forrest; one niece Yolanda Bracy and one brother in law Clifford E. Robinson, Jr.
Chester was a member of Sweet Bethel Missionary Baptist Church. For many years he worked for Coca Cola and as an insurance agent. He also worked in the shipyard industry. Chester was a very outgoing person with a free spirit. He enjoyed dancing, singing and was always the life of the party. He also loved spending time with his family and friends. He had a smile that was contagious, loved to tell jokes, and was the coolest and cleanest dresser. He also loved to cook and could clean cars like no other.
He leaves to cherish his memories three daughters: April Banks of Mobile, AL, Katrina(Donavon) Harrison Thomas of Mobile, AL and Lakesha Harrison of Waynesboro, MS; six grandchildren; three sisters: Olivia Bracy of Milwaukee, WI, Geraldean Robinson of St. Elmo, AL and Patricia(Bobby) Fletcher of Grand Bay, AL ; one brother, Felix(Patricia) Harrison of Daphne, AL; seven nephews;three nieces and a host of cousins, other relatives and friends.
