Benjamin Gales, II was born on May 19, 1960 in Rantoul, Illinois and he exchanged his life for eternity on Monday, February 25, 2019. He was preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin and Katherine Gales. Those left to cherish his memories are his faithful wife, Willamener Gales; two devoted daughters: Chasidy McClinton and Lori (Kendall)Travis; a devoted son, Christopher McClinton, Sr.; four loving grandchildren: Dontae Jackson, Jr., Christopher McClinton, Jr., Kenleigh Travis, and Caden McClinton; a great-grandchild, Dylan Jackson; two committed sisters, Jerelyn Butler and Yolanda (Aaron) Smith; a caring brother, Harvey (Mawanna) Gales; a lifelong and loyal friend, Robert Sherry; a host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends that will miss him dearly
